Pour l'inscription il faut faire 2 étappes

1ère étape

Remplissez le formulaire de candidature et transférez les frais de dossier pour postuler au rallye.

Cette mesure sert à sélectionner la plus grande variété possible de modèles automobiles. Si des voitures identiques se inscrivent, le premier arrivé sera le premier servi / inscrit. Une fois acceptés, vous recevrez rapidement un formulaire d’inscription avec une confirmation de participation.

2ème étape

Remplissez le formulaire d'inscription et transférez les frais d'inscription pour confirmer votre participation au rallye.

Dès réception du bulletin d'inscription, remplissez-le avec vos extras (chambre simple / chambre supérieure / hébergement pour l'assistance, etc.) et transférez les frais. Si vous avez payé vos frais de dossier avant le 31 décembre, vous bénéficierez de la réduction pour inscription anticipée.

The application fee will be refunded, if

1. the application is denied

2. the event doesn`t take place

3. the competitors cancles his application latest to the 31st of March.

A cancellation must be sent in written form to the event organizer.

The entire participation fee results from the sum of the application (2500,-€) and the entry fee with the individual extras of driver and co-driver (Single room / Superior room / assistance Board and Lodging etc).

Once the participant is admitted, he will receive an entry form, which must to be sent to the event organizer.

The total participation fee has to be transferred up to March 31st. An early bird discount will be considered up to December 31st.

Total participation fee

Extras can be booked together with the entry form, which will be sent out once the applicant is admitted.

The participation fee includes:

For Driver and Co-Driver:

Participation in the entire event for the driver and co-driver.
Entry fee for the vehicle, including all driving documents (Road Book, race numbers, event program, etc.).
6 nights' accommodation in 4**** or 5***** hotels along the route.
Catering during the event (including 6x breakfast, lunch, and dinner, breaks/espresso stops, and beverages).
Professional timing and evaluation.
Event souvenirs & merchandising.
Parking and access to locations visited during the rally.
Trophies and/or prizes for the top performers.
Entry for 2 persons to the gala evening with the award ceremony in Munich.

After your application has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation with access to the entry form and further inside information.
